Team DAPA is a year-round basketball academy designed to transform athletes into high-performing student-athletes ready to compete at the collegiate level. Powered by the rigorous A1 Basketball curriculum, the academy emphasizes personal development both on and off the court. With core focuses in academic support, mental health, basketball skill development, and physical conditioning, Team DAPA is a comprehensive performance platform.
The academy operates in partnership with Paris Speed School and Rebound Physical Rehab to ensure that each athlete receives world-class training, recovery, and athletic preparation. Athletes commit to 2–3 days of training per week throughout the year.
Training Calendar & Phase Structure
Phase 1:
Fundamental Skill Development (Sept. 16 - Nov. 22)
Duration: 10 weeks
Schedule:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm: Elementary/Middle School
- 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm: High School
Saturday
- 9:00 am - 10:30 am: High School
- 10:30 am - 12:00 pm: Middle School
Phase 2:
Shot Correct Program (Dec. - March)
Fridays Only (Time Slots):

Team Concept & Tournament Exposure (Summer)

Phase 5:
College Recruiting & Evaluation (End of July -Early August )
- Athlete Profile Creation
- Recruiting Education (NCAA rules, outreach strategy)
- Highlight Film Development
- Scout Evaluation Nights (National and Regional scouts)
- College Coach Communication Workshops
- Performance Metrics via Paris Speed School
- Injury Prevention via Rebound Physical Rehab

Support Services
- Academic Support: Study halls, tutoring, GPA monitoring
- Mental Health Services: Wellness check-ins, team building, emotional literacy
- Physical Health: Recovery protocols, rehab access, injury management
- Commitment: Athletes are expected to train 2–3 times per week during each phase. Attendance, effort, and academic standing are required for participation in phases 4 and 5.
