A1 Basketball's Elite Shooting Program

Become the Shooter Every Team Needs.

Welcome to Shot Correct, A1 Basketball's premier 5-week shooting development system. This is more than just a shooting workout — it’s a scientifically based program that breaks down the fundamentals, techniques, and consistency patterns behind what it truly takes to become a great shooter at any level.

Who Is This For?

  • Players who want to increase shooting percentage

  • Athletes serious about playing at the next level

  • Coaches seeking structured skill development for players

  • Anyone ready to commit to becoming a knockdown shooter

The Science of Shooting

Shot Correct begins with the biomechanics of the shot: posture, alignment, grip, release, and follow-through. We study your current form and correct flaws using visual feedback and professional instruction. Every shot has a rhythm, and we teach players how to find and repeat theirs through data-driven reps.

Build Technique and Muscle Memory

Each 5-week session is packed with drills that focus on:

  • Shooting mechanics
  • Footwork and balance
  • Release timing
  • Shot selection
  • Shooting under pressure

Repetition with precision builds confidence. We ensure every rep is purposeful.

Fridays Only – Small Group Training

We believe in high attention to detail and focused correction, so Shot Correct is offered only on Fridays in small group sessions:

  • 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM

These controlled training blocks allow each shooter to receive direct instruction, feedback, and analysis.

Consistency is Key

To become an elite shooter, you don’t need 1,000 different shots. You need 1 shot you can make 1,000 times.

Our progression model takes shooters through game-speed, game-scenario reps in a focused environment that builds real shooting efficiency.

12 Intervals. 60 Weeks of Growth.

Shot Correct runs on 12 separate 5-week intervals throughout the year, making it a continuous pathway for development. Whether you’re just starting or already an elite-level scorer, each interval stacks on the last, keeping you sharp and progressing.
