Camden, NJ:   2nd and 4th - Saturdays 10am-12pm

Fee:  $60 per clinic

  • Position Specific Work
  • Strength & Conditioning
  • Speed & Agility
Ages: Elementary to High School
We'll split the ages into proper sessions.

Players will receive special evaluation and instructional detail work while attending. The goal is to diagnose problems, address mechanical techniques, and strengthen young athletes as they continue to grow. 

Practices are meant to help work on weaknesses, hone new skills, keep strengths fresh and sharp, and push you out of your comfort zone so you can improve.
